Haida understands the difficulties Retsuko faces with Anai, while she and Fenneko struggle to manage his behavior. Previous attempts to control him, including involving Tsunoda and Director Ton, have failed. Surprisingly, Kabae succeeds by treating Anai with maternal care. Later, Tadano advises Retsuko to reconcile with Anai during the upcoming event. At the Family Appreciation Day, the Accounting Department’s yakisoba stall struggles due to Retsuko’s poor cooking skills. Kabae convinces Anai to take over cooking duties. Anai proves to be an excellent chef, turning the stall into a massive success. This positive experience allows Retsuko and Anai to finally make peace with each other.
