On her birthday, Nina rejects gifts to seek her father's attention. Friday the robot initiates a fairy hunt to comfort her, recruiting Atom and friends to help. Meanwhile, Nina's father attempts to fulfill her wish with a mind-visualization machine. Dr. Minimini, an escaped prisoner, provides the concept. The device causes mental images to flood the city, leading to chaos. Minimini exploits the technology to commit a series of robberies, escalating the crisis while Nina's father struggles to resolve the situation and restore order to the overwhelmed urban environment.
