Ep. 6: Minoru investigates Kashmir Borners while Canaan and Maria face Daedala forces at the Shanghai bombing.
Minoru discovers a Kashmir village where residents were infected by the Ua virus, creating survivors known as Borners with unique abilities. He encounters Hakko, a bar employee suspected of being a Borner, while the NBCR Anti-Terrorism Conference proceeds in Shanghai. Armed Daedala PMCs and Chinese Ministry of Public Security officers protect dignitaries at the Shanghai International Conference Hall. Following the American President's speech, Liang Qi detonates a bomb inside the venue. Canaan and Minoru rush to the site to rescue Maria. Daedala contractors, accompanied by Alphard, clash with police officers attempting to reach the central control room. Liang Qi orders Maria detained to lure Canaan into a trap. However, Alphard recalls teachings from Siam and shoots Liang Qi to protect Maria. Meanwhile, all dignitaries are safely relocated to an underground bunker as a contingency against the terrorist attack.
