Ep. 7: Akira confronts conspirators and duels Mina after saving her from Jean Marais Dermailles
Akira encounters Alphonse Medici Borgiani and Wolfgang Regendorf, who reveal their plot to pass the Special Zone Establishment Bill by framing Akira. They urge him to risk his life to rescue the student council. In the chapel, Mina stops Nanami from attacking Yuki and explains that previous attacks targeted the terrorist group Telomere. She condemns Jean Marais Dermailles for manipulating Mizoguchi and turning students into vampires, slashing his face. When Jean attacks, Akira intervenes, tearing out Jean's heart after Yuki shields Mina. Veratos arrives with troops to treat victims. Mina and Akira duel in their true forms as the chapel crumbles. Akira sacrifices himself to save Mina from a falling crucifix but survives. The bill passes, and Mina knights Akira, recognizing him among the greatest warriors.
