Fleeing from Megamass and a new searchmaton, Yasako and Isako find shelter in Megabaa's store. During their stay, it is discovered that Densuke possesses the unique potential to open a stable portal to the other side, now referred to as the Coil Domain. Furthermore, information is revealed regarding the origins of the Coil Domain, Michiko, Imago, and Kirabugs. These entities are identified as remnants of an experiment that went wrong. The Megamass conglomerate is responsible for covering up the details of this failed experiment, keeping the truth hidden from public knowledge.
