Shirō feels guilty about Saber’s isolation and introduces her to Sakura and Taiga as a distant relative of Kiritsugu. Taiga challenges Saber to a kendo duel but loses quickly, allowing Saber to remain. Meanwhile, Archer questions Rin about her feelings toward Shirō, her sworn enemy, and she states she would kill him. Before school, Saber advises Shirō to use a Command Seal if he faces danger. At school, Shirō learns Mitsuzuri is missing and Shinji is suspected. After classes end, Rin unexpectedly attacks Shirō, an encounter witnessed by an unknown female Servant.
