Ep. 9: Siegfried Kircheis assists police in Kreuznach III after saving Michael von Keyserling

In November 795 UC, Siegfried Kircheis visits the artificial resort satellite Kreuznach III on vacation, following instructions from Reinhard von Müsel, who remained in the Imperial capital Odin to prepare for receiving the countship of Lohengramm. While checking into a hotel, Kircheis rescues an elderly man from a knife-wielding drug addict. The victim is identified as Michael von Keyserling, a disgraced former Vice Admiral demoted and discharged after his defeat in the Battle of Arlesheim on 792 UC. Kircheis then visits the local police station, where Superintendent Hoffmann asks for his help with a major thyoxin trafficking case linked to the assault on Keyserling. With nothing else to do in Krueznach III, Kircheis reluctantly agrees to assist.
