Aired on November 7, 2020

Three girls investigate disappearances near a mountain pass after finding an abandoned child. They discover villagers are controlled by bakeneko and defeat most of them. At a temple, they meet monk Juan, who hides the demons. The girls kill hidden bakeneko while Juan explains a priest sealed a demon there a hundred years ago. Towa guards the seal while others find bones that form a giant bakeneko. The real demon possesses Juan, using a bone construct for battle. Moroha breaks the shield. Setsuna wants to kill Juan, but Towa recalls Inuyasha’s method of absorbing demonic energy into Tessaiga. She succeeds, saving Juan and defeating the Bakeneko. This episode adapts a chapter from the original Inuyasha manga not included in The Final Act.
