Kohaku dispatches Towa and Setsuna to stop demon Jakotsumaru, who seeks bones to resurrect his father Tōkotsu after Moroha killed him and claimed the Red Rainbow Pearl. Moroha joins them to claim a debt-paying reward. Myouga explains Tōkotsu served Kirinmaru as one of the Four Perils. The group locates Jakotsumaru’s hideout. Towa initially underestimates the threat, but combat ensues. Moroha defeats Jakotsumaru, yet Tōkotsu’s head attacks her. She activates a secret technique to awaken her demon blood, inflicting heavy damage before collapsing. Towa and Setsuna deliver the final blow. The Red Bone Palace vanishes, leaving no reward. Setsuna notes Moroha now possesses both demonic and spiritual powers.
