Itazura Majo to Nemuranai Machi

A Tokyo Metropolitan Police officer named Akari Kido is stationed in New York as part of an international training program. While managing traffic during the city's Christmas-lit streets, she encounters a prank involving a witch-like figure. Moments before a speeding truck threatens to collide with her, a mysterious girl appears and declares her intent to protect both New York and Akari.
