Mashymre relinquishes command of the Endra to Chara, who plans to capture the ZZ. Judau neglects his duty to guard the La Vie en Rose, earning scolding from Bright and Leina. Leina and Roux take over guarding duties but face an attack from the Endra. Glemy confronts Roux, seeking revenge, while Judau rushes to help after learning Leina is in danger. Roux tricks Glemy into releasing them despite his feelings. Judau arrives with Elle in the Core Base, prompting Chara to order their capture. Glemy blocks the ZZ formation. Iino arrives in a repaired Zeta to buy time. Chara fights Judau in her R-Jarja; his Newtype powers cause a hypnotic state, leaving him vulnerable. Roux and Leina protect him, but Chara ejects Leina. Judau awakens, using the ZZ’s mega cannon to force Chara’s retreat. Glemy rescues Leina, mistaking her for Roux. Roux informs Judau of the capture, leaving him distressed.
