Mirai brings bonsai to the Literary Club, leading Akihito to identify her gardening hobby as the cause of her financial issues. After regaining her license, she pursues a valuable fruit-type youmu on the school roof without waiting for Ayaka’s explanation. Akihito arrives too late, and both are drenched in a yellow, noxious liquid. Ai explains the youmu is distracted by human girls, prompting Akihito and Mirai to recruit Mitsuki. Their seductive plan fails, marking Mitsuki with pink liquid. Hiroomi suggests a song used in a previous defeat, but Mirai’s poor singing ruins it. After another shower, the group spends a week practicing the song and choreography. They perform perfectly to lower the youmu’s guard, only to realize no one was assigned to kill it. The youmu explodes, covering the roof in yellow liquid.
