Enzo celebrates capturing Lupin III but coldly dismisses his daughter Ami. Zenigata and Yatagarasu take the injured Lupin and Goemon into custody, while Fujiko stays with Enzo, confident Lupin will return. Jigen intercepts the transport and frees them using hidden weapons. Lupin refuses to abandon his thief lifestyle and seeks refuge in the Grand Duchy of Cagliostro. There, he uses PeopleLog to expose government secrets hidden beneath the ruined castle. This action triggers repercussions for Shake Handz. Lupin and his friends then begin the first phase of their final strike against their enemies.
