Enzo Bron, president of Shake Handz, launches PeopleLog, an app using facial recognition to create public profiles. This technology allows Lupin and his team to be easily tracked by police and enemies, preventing them from appearing in public. The app's reliability shifts public opinion and worries governments about losing political control. As Lupin and Jigen travel to the mountains to reunite with Goemon, they meet Zenigata, who informs them that Fujiko has been taken by Enzo. The situation forces the group to confront the dangers of widespread surveillance and the immediate threat to their ally, complicating their usual operations against the IT executive.
