Prinnies strike due to unpaid wages, prompting Laharl and Eta to raid castles for the richest demon, despite Flonne's objections. The trio encounters Captain Gordon, Jennifer, and Thursday at a pawn shop, where they discover Laharl's confiscated belongings. Laharl is then summoned to defeat Zeniski at the request of his son, Koganeski. However, the conflict reveals that Koganeski merely desires his father's attention rather than wealth. After sending them to an alternate realm, Laharl reflects on his own strained relationship with his father, King Krichevskoy.
