Ep. 6: Mei defends Kyouka from noblemen while Charlie summons a camel at the banquet
Aired on February 13, 2019

Otojirou informs Mei and Kyouka they will serve sake to noblemen at a grand banquet. Mei encounters Yakumo, Shunso, and Ogai, then protects Kyouka from drunk guests as Kyouka attempts to flee. After Tousuke introduces himself, a disguised Charlie magically produces a camel, which Ogai agitates into running loose. Charlie vanishes, leaving the room clean. Gorou arrives as a bodyguard for Fukuzawa Yukichi, who attends to hear Tousuke speak on electricity. Noblemen oppose Tousuke’s risky plan, but Mei argues for its modern benefits. Impressed, Fukuzawa agrees to invest. Later, Ogai reveals to Mei that Otojirou trained her as a geisha and invites her to live in his mansion permanently.
