Gin and Vodka coordinate with Vermouth to capture Sherry. Meanwhile, Conan and the Detective Boys travel by bus to a ski resort, where they encounter Araide and Jodie. Haibara senses Vermouth’s presence on the vehicle and conceals herself to avoid detection. The bus is subsequently hijacked by two armed men who take passengers hostage, demanding their boss’s release. Conan tries to identify the perpetrators but fails repeatedly, realizing an accomplice among three rear passengers is leaking information. He discovers that the ski bags placed in the center of the bus contain explosives.
