Ep. 267: Investigating the murder of Nigaki amidst a snowstorm and chocolate evidence
Aired on February 4, 2002

267
Kogoro examines Nigaki’s recorder and camera, finding only black and blood-stained photos. Conan deduces the murder occurred before the snowstorm, noting it is impossible to transport chocolate from the lodge to the corpse twenty minutes away. Itakura claims to have shot a suspicious person in a wool hat, raising fears it was Akai Shuichi. Mika suspects the man is Nattsuya, her boyfriend and Ako’s brother, who died in an avalanche four years ago. A mysterious figure is seen near the lodge. Subaro is revealed to have a twin named Jiro, and both received government awards for helping lost travelers. Conan analyzes the chocolates and identifies the killer.
