Stowaway Gruier Serenity, the seventh princess, discovers Marika commands the Bentenmaru and asks for assistance locating a golden ghost ship. Although Gruier claims her officials know her location, news reports label her missing, raising suspicions. To avoid kidnapping, she enrolls as a transfer student, leveraging her popularity for protection while Misa investigates the discrepancy. During an emergency mission with Gruier, the crew detects six royal defense ships entering their star system in battle mode. Five of these vessels are pursuing a damaged scout ship. Gruier suspects the scout carries the item she requested and that the other ships aim to intercept it. Consequently, the Bentenmaru prepares to confront the approaching royal fleet to resolve the situation.
