Ep. 5: Sariphi summons Bennu the phoenix after risking her life force to prove herself as Queen.
Anubis commands Sariphi to summon a Holy Beast to validate her queenship, but Leonhart warns that her lack of magic requires using her life force, risking a demonic summon. Determined to contribute, she attempts the spell repeatedly, injuring herself in the process. When she expresses willingness to sacrifice herself, Leonhart insists she must live for him. Empowered by his words, she succeeds and summons Bennu, a baby phoenix who speaks only to her. Bennu is arrogant and offended when Anubis questions his identity, revealing he was reduced to this form after healing ungrateful soldiers. When assassins shoot an arrow that knocks Bennu from a wall, Sariphi leaps out the window to catch him. To save her, Bennu transforms into his full phoenix form, catches her, and flies away, astonishing the onlookers.
