Jul 16, 2021Ash and Goh return to the Galar region, where an Eiscue drifts from a distant glacier. During their research, Goh catches a Galarian Stunfisk. They soon witness Falinks attacking a wild Boldore. Grookey provokes the Falinks, leading to a clash with Ash, Goh, Pikachu, and Grookey. Pikachu uses Thunderbolt to stop the attack. The group finds the injured Falinks, whose leader is depressed about failing to lead. The other Falinks begin following Pikachu. Goh trains the leader to guide its group using his Pokémon. The groups reunite, and the leader switches places with Pikachu. The Falinks then encounter Eiscue and challenge it to battle. Eiscue attacks with Icicle Spear, but the Falinks dodge and headbutt its ice, causing it to break. Eiscue flees to repair its ice. The victorious Falinks allow Goh to catch them. The episode concludes with Eiscue returning to its home glacier.

As the boys search for Darkrai, they discover that Cresselia has the power to prevent nightmares induced by the dark-type Pokémon. During their search, Chloe and Dawn locate an injured Cresselia in a forest. The group works to understand the connection between the two legendary Pokémon and the local sleep issues affecting the Sinnoh population.

After Team Rocket is dealt with, Cresselia and Darkrai return to Fullmoon Island and Newmoon Island respectively.

Aug 13, 2021Satoshi and Go travel to the Alola region to enter the Pokémon Capture Adventure Race. Upon arrival, they meet the Zenryoku Brothers, who admire Satoshi and learn he is the Alola Champion. The brothers join the race, which requires catching an Alolan Isitsubute, a Hagigishiri, and a Nagetukesaru. The Rocket-dan interrupt the event to steal Satoshi's Pikachu, but the Zenryoku Brothers thwart them using a perfected Z-move from their Jyararanga. Satoshi and Go win the race by finishing first. The Rocket-dan later reunite with their Alola Pokémon, Kiteruguma, and Nuikoguma. The Zenryoku Brothers thank Satoshi for his Z-move advice. Satoshi then receives a notification for his next World Coronation Series match against Nagisa City Gym Leader Denji, who holds the 27th overall rank.

Satoshi switches to Gangar, who is paralyzed by Fan Rotom’s Thunder Wave and defeated by Hex. Pikachu enters but struggles against Elekible due to its Motor Drive ability. After Lucario is also paralyzed, it defeats Fan Rotom with Reversal. A clash between Lucario and Rentorar results in both fainting. Satoshi ultimately sends Pikachu back to defeat Elekible using 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt. Following the victory, Satoshi’s rank increases to 64. Denji compliments Satoshi and reveals that Shirona has reached the Master Class.

They attempt to sever the chain, but an alternate Rocket Dan intervenes, revealing his faction's plan to capture the legendaries and all rewound Pokémon for training. Dialga suddenly unleashes its power, blasting Rocket Dan away and reverting the Pokémon into eggs. The group summons Arceus, who frees Dialga and Palkia from the red chain, restoring normalcy to the timeline.
