A notebook reveals the divine elixir can cure any illness, prompting the Black Knights to seek world domination. The Sanada Ninjas propose an alliance to gain control of Japan. The protagonists travel to Suwa Shrine at Lake Suwa to locate the elixir. They consult a priest about the shrine's history. The Sanada Ninjas attack the group but retreat to their base after being bombarded by the Oniwabanshuu. The Black Knights inform the Sanada Ninja that they will act once the protagonists find the divine elixir.
