Ep. 13: Birk and Ronja's Mutual Dependence Amidst Winter's End and Spring's Arrival

Birk secretly stores food given by Ronja in his family's storeroom to sustain the Borkas Robbers. He questions how many times Ronja will save his life, and she vows to reciprocate every time he saves hers, acknowledging their mutual dependence. As winter ends, Lovis forces the reluctant robbers into a snow bath for delousing. Mattis reprimands Noddle-Pete for discussing death, emphasizing he cannot live without him. The group is later forced to wear stolen women's clothing and receive haircuts, causing amusement. When spring arrives, Ronja is permitted back into the forest. She finds Birk and performs her spring cry to welcome the season and release pent-up energy accumulated during the winter months.
