Ep. 11: Yuito and Kasane's groups journey to the independent city of Togetsu.

Yuito, branded a traitor by New Himuka for defying OSF orders, reveals his psionic powers stem from government experiments on a dud. He proposes traveling to the independent city of Togetsu, a plan his friends accept since Suoh and Seiran are no longer options. Simultaneously, Kyoka and Haruka inform Kasane’s platoon that the drug sustaining Naomi’s sanity originates from Togetsu. Despite Kagero’s objections due to his own origins there, Kasane decides to go to verify if the city can save Naomi. Meanwhile, Karen has secretly rescued Fubuki and moved him to an unknown hospital. Kasane’s team reaches Togetsu after defeating a giant snow Other, but Kagero leaves them for personal reasons. Upon arrival, Moon faith priestesses claim Kasane was kidnapped from Togetsu due to her psionic potential. When Kasane refuses to enter alone, a conflict erupts. She unmasks one priestess as Kyoka, who then uses duplicates to subdue Kasane and her group. In contrast, Yuito’s group is welcomed warmly by Togetsu priests who promise full transparency.
