Ep. 11: Battler confronts Beatrice while Rosa and Maria face deadly consequences in the chapel
Shannon and George are killed by Beatrice after Natsuhi’s mirror empowers Shannon. Survivors discover the bodies of Nanjo, Kumasawa, George, Shannon, and Gohda. Rosa suspects Battler upon finding a letter, but he and Maria blame Beatrice. Rosa and Maria attempt to steal a gold bar from the chapel while Genji brings Battler before Beatrice. Battler is enslaved, humiliated, and devoured by goat butlers alongside Kinzo in exchange for an explanation of Beatrice’s magic. Rosa and Maria are ambushed and killed while escaping. In Purgatory, Beatrice tortures Rosa into acceptance, but Battler regains his will to fight. Beatrice then reveals to Bernkastel that she knows of her interference. Lambdadelta joins the two witches to participate in Beatrice’s next game against Bernkastel.
