Ep. 6: Lum takes Ataru to her planet, Oyuki visits Neptune, and Ataru retires as class president.

In the first segment, Lum transports Ataru to her home planet to fight the Fukujin clan. He flirts with Benten, a childhood friend, and suffers punishment for losing to an Oni. His family and Cherry believe he is dead and perform a soul-guiding ritual. In the second segment, a sick Ataru is visited by classmates Shinobu, Shutarou, Satoshi, Kousuke, and Akira. They discover a portal in his closet and are transported to Neptune by Oyuki, another of Lum's childhood friends. In the final segment, Ataru announces his retirement the day before Summer Break. This causes the class to compete for the role of main character, though he only intends to step down as Class President.
