Ep. 31: Oscar protects the Ardelos family from Saint-Just's terrorist plot and betrayal.

Rising crime increases Oscar's workload as the Ardelos family arrives from Spain for a goodwill mission to the French Royal Family. Company B guards them due to the Royal Guard's unavailability and Oscar's knowledge of noble etiquette. Saint-Just targets the group, planting a traitor in Company B to assassinate Oscar. After Oscar defeats the traitor, Andre and Alain shoot her before she can interrogate him. Saint-Just's men burn the Ardelos residence, but Oscar drives them off before they kill the family. The attackers escape via explosion, knocking out Oscar, Andre, and Alain. The Ardelos return safely to Spain. Oscar discovers a soldier pawned his government rifle to survive, an illegal act leading to his arrest and death sentence. Alain, outraged by Oscar's handling of the situation, challenges her to a sword duel.
