A girl seeks Yuuko’s help to stop scary noises in her home. Yuuko provides bells to ring, but the sounds intensify with each addition. Despite Watanuki’s concern, Yuuko insists the issue resolves that night. Watanuki dreams of Doumeki’s grandfather, Haruka, and they visit the house. They see a young couple and the girl, who are invisible to each other but hear their presence. Watanuki realizes the girl is a ghost. He learns Kohane Tsuyuri will exorcise her, forcing her to leave. This outcome fulfills Yuuko’s prediction, though the method differs from Watanuki’s initial expectations.
