Kokkoku

Juri Yukawa lives with her NEET father and brother, her retired grandfather, her sister, and her young nephew. When the nephew and brother are kidnapped for ransom, Juri has 30 minutes to comply with the kidnappers' demands. Unable to gather the money in time, she decides to rescue them herself, armed with a knife. Her grandfather activates a mysterious stone inherited by the Yukawa family, which halts time. In the frozen world, Juri, her father, and grandfather rush to the kidnappers' location. Upon arrival, they discover others are also able to move in the still world.
