Pinoko and Sharaku befriend an old lady who is staying at her son's hospital. Her doctor son kicked her out of the room she was living in so it can be used by a patient. After being rejected by several friends, she opted to spend a few days at a rundown summer house she owns. But heavy rains cause a mudslide, and Black Jack rescues her.
