In gratitude, Jack offers free medical care. Aritani later returns to Germany, takes the blame for illegal fund transfers to an unknown group, and is hit by a train. Critical and dying, he is rushed to a German hospital. Lacking a license, Jack cannot operate until he convinces the hospital owner to let him buy the facility temporarily.
