Black Jack travels to Germany to find Dr. Stein, a renowned specialist in prosthetics and transplants, after meeting him at Kreutzer's hospital. There, he meets Dr. Konomi Kuwata, who reveals Stein plans to attach an experimental robotic arm to Triton, a pianist suffering from Ewing's sarcoma. Triton prefers to retain his natural arm and master music through difficult practice. Jack secures Dr. Kuwata's help to save the boy's arm, refusing Stein's experimental approach. Following this intervention, Jack intends to pursue Stein to England. Meanwhile, Benitokage and the organization's assassins continue their relentless pursuit of Jack, maintaining pressure on him as he navigates these complex medical and personal decisions.
