Pinoko befriends an actor performing inside a monster suit who suffers from a lymphatic condition. Black Jack provides medical treatment for this ailment. However, the actor’s brother, Yukio, mistakenly believes the doctor is part of the television production. Consequently, Yukio kidnaps his sibling, thinking he is part of the show. Pinoko devises a strategy to resolve the situation. The actor stages a rescue, appearing to save Yukio from Black Jack. This ruse allows the brothers to escape together. The incident concludes with the successful separation of the fictional narrative from the real medical emergency.
