Ep. 30: Captain Wells faces retirement and a businessman's threat after rescuing fishermen from a capsized boat.

Captain Wells embarks on his final voyage before retirement, which appears routine until an SOS from a capsized fishing vessel interrupts the journey. He redirects the ship to rescue the crew, defying wealthy businessman Mr. Stafford, who threatens to have Wells fired for insubordination to protect a lucrative contract. Stafford sends a telegram to the shipping company, but the crew successfully saves all the fishermen. As the ship resumes its course for England, Wells prepares to face disciplinary action for his heroic decision. Candy discovers a photograph revealing that Wells’ son drowned at sea, prompting her to confront Stafford about the potential loss of life caused by the telegram. Moved by her argument, Stafford regrets his actions and organizes a farewell celebration for the captain. Later, a slightly intoxicated Candy steps onto the foggy deck, hoping the mysterious figure watching the sea is Anthony.
