Bell wakes from a dream about raising a child with Hinata to find him and Sakura caring for a baby. She initially suspects infidelity, but Sakura explains the infant is her niece, Natsuki, whom they are babysitting. Bell bonds with the baby, even breastfeeding her to soothe her, while Sakura instructs her on diaper changes. The effort of childcare makes Bell reconsider her desire for a family. Meanwhile, Sakura questions Hinata about his relationship with Bell, who denies dating her, sparking Sakura’s romantic hope. Upon seeing Hinata feed Natsuki, both girls decide they want children with him. After Sakura and Natsuki leave, Bell attempts to seduce Hinata and forcefully breastfeeds him. Sakura returns for a forgotten pacifier, witnessing the scene and shocking Hinata, who frantically claims it is a misunderstanding.
