Ep. 16: Shin-chan floods the room, fights Takeshi, and enjoys the summer festival

Shin-chan attempts to help his mother recover by filling an ice bag with water, but forgets to seal it, causing the room to flood. Later, he and Masao visit a park where Shin-chan bravely chases away Takeshi, who has been snatching food from other children. The group then spends their parents' money on food and games at the Summer Festival. They conclude their day by watching fireworks together.
