Hiroshi, Misae, and Shin-chan vacation at Sea Side Beach. Shin-chan aids a swimmer by retrieving Misae's bikini bra while she sleeps, prompting Misae to punish both males. At Sea Side Hotel, Shin-chan eats excessive ice cream and catches a cold. The family departs for home but encounters heavy traffic. They arrive at 3 am, leaving Misae and Hiroshi exhausted while Shin-chan remains energetic.
