Henry recalls receiving his Digivice after Gargomon reverts to Terriermon, leaving him to ponder destroying living Digimon following a conversation with Rika. The next day, the group battles Gorillamon, a creature from Henry's nightmare. Henry forbids Terriermon from digivolving, forcing him and Guilmon to confront the stronger opponent without assistance. They utilize a card to restrain Gorillamon, leading to a victory, but the enemy revives. Terriermon then destroys Gorillamon by firing into its cannon during a charge. Despite the defeat, Henry prevents Terriermon from absorbing Gorillamon's data, maintaining his stance on not harming living Digimon.
