Ep. 22: Saiyans destroy East City and heroes confront them while Piccolo discovers his Namekian origins.

Vegeta and Nappa arrive on Earth by completely destroying East City. Goku, Gohan, and Krillin sense their immense power and prepare for battle. They eventually meet the Saiyans face to face. During this encounter, Piccolo learns about his origins on the planet Namek. Yajirobe also becomes aware of the Saiyans' arrival but views the situation solely as an opportunity for personal profit. The heroes are subsequently forced to face an onslaught of Saibamen. These creatures are commanded by Vegeta and Nappa, who grin as they oversee the attack. The group must now deal with this new threat while dealing with the aftermath of the city's destruction.
