Miaka informs her brother Keisuke about the Universe of the Four Gods, ignoring his warnings to avoid the book. Believing Yui was taken in her place, Miaka leaves snacks and returns to the library, where she is absorbed into the world. Hotohori welcomes her back, noting three months have passed and the country is at war, urging her to summon Suzaku.
