Ep. 19: Mayor Balks exposes Yuno as the Eleventh holder while Aru reveals her true identity.

Sakurami City mayor John Balks moves to close Kamado’s orphanage and attends a Deus meeting where Yuki and Yuno expose him as the Eleventh diary holder. Minene informs Nishijima, who notes his new role as Balks’ bodyguard and Yuno’s adoption. Suspecting Balks aims to seize the Future Diary server, Yuno proposes an alliance with Yuki. The pair ambush Balks’ vehicle on a rural road, using a jammer to disconnect the server, then betray Kamado and kill her apprentices. Kamado escapes in the car with Balks, prompting a chase. Minene and Aru intercept them. Aru presents DNA evidence from Yuno’s umbilical cord matching a corpse, proving the Yuno Yuki knows is an imposter and the real Yuno Gasai is deceased.
