Kabuto creates a fake corpse resembling Sai to confuse Yamato's wood clone. Naruto, recovering from his Four-Tailed state, insists on continuing the pursuit despite Yamato's orders to stay behind. The team follows Sai but is forced to pause when Sakura's injuries worsen. While Sakura heals, Yamato reveals to Naruto that it was his Four-Tailed form that hurt her. Naruto is shocked by this revelation and condemns his own actions during that state. This event occurs during the Tenchi Bridge Reconnaissance Mission arc, specifically episode 13 out of 21.
