Ash and N attempt to rescue Iris, Cilan, and Professor Juniper's father from Team Plasma before Ghetsis can revive Reshiram. Colress uses a Pokémon controlling machine to force everyone to recall their partners, and Pikachu is hit by its beam. This event sways N to surrender the Light Stone in exchange for Pikachu's freedom. Ghetsis arrives immediately after, prepared to begin the ritual.
