The precinct expresses frustration over being grounded from patrol duties. Kachou and Kachou secretly ask Miyuki to access the headquarters database to locate files on rogue officers. Simultaneously, Natsumi searches for them independently. Reports confirm Ken has left the hospital. Natsumi is cornered by rogue cops, resulting in a broken wrist and dislocated shoulder before she is taken to the hospital. Kachou coordinates with Arizuka to deploy two hundred fifty police cars, blocking all highway ramps to trap the criminals. Natsumi and Ken are pursued despite their injuries, while Miyuki also hunts the suspects. Three officers corner three rogue cops on a bridge. Through teamwork, they successfully immobilize each criminal one by one.
