In the City of the High Peak, Tao locates a marker featuring a sun symbol resembling the medallions of Esteban and Zia. Chief Kraka advises the children to consult Myuca, an elderly seer residing on Machu Picchu, regarding these artifacts. Myuca shares a legend about a white man from across the ocean who wed an Incan priestess. Their union angered the sun god Inti, causing darkness and leading villagers to sacrifice the priestess while banishing the man and child to the sea. Esteban considers whether this story concerns his parents. The episode concludes with a mini-documentary focusing on Andean music and musical instruments.
