Lilith inadvertently prevents ninjas from stealing a comb, while Hazuki rescues Princess Fuji. Lilith notes the comb's presence proves Eve exists in this world. Meirin is summoned to Gargantua's dimension under the mistaken belief he possesses the item. Fuji had actually given the comb to Hazuki, and the pair embrace in the moonlight. A flashback covers events after episode four, where Lilith accepted Mariel’s soul from Gargantua in exchange for a separate world. Gargantua remains unmoved by her advances and resolves to find Eve, the source of eternal life.
