Lilith briefly appears in Gargantua's world before dimension-dooring away. A nine-tailed fox spirit opens a portal into that same world, allowing Gargantua and his troll trio to enter a realm of rooms connecting to many worlds. Simultaneously, Lilith and Hazuki arrive aboard a colonization spaceship. A computer cares for a cohort of children whose parents have become immobile. The computer is failing and malfunctioning, creating an urgent need to find a habitable planet for the children's survival. This dual narrative explores the contrasting dangers of interdimensional travel and the desperate struggle for survival in a decaying vessel far from home.
