Byousoku 5 Centimeter

Two childhood friends, Takaki and Akari, are separated when Akari's family relocates due to her father's job. They maintain communication through letters. When Takaki learns his family is also moving, he makes the decision to visit Akari one last time. As time goes on, they pursue separate lives, gradually drifting apart and losing regular contact. Despite this, both retain memories of their friendship and contemplate whether they will ever reunite.
