IN THE APARTMENT

Sugimoto meets an old elementary school friend, Senoo, outside their shared apartment and questions the nature of their interaction. He wonders if Senoo has always behaved that way. At the same time, Sugimoto faces uncertainty in his role as a hair salon assistant. As their paths continue to cross, the two find their lives gradually connecting within the apartment they both live in.
