A first-year high school student named Kouta meets Kano Sakura, the younger sister of the Student Council President. Kouta is drawn to Sakura's cheerful and innocent nature, though she is unaware of her own appeal. As Kouta helps her prepare for retakes, he wrestles with inappropriate thoughts. The story explores the developing dynamic between Kouta and Sakura, alongside new tales involving Taiga and Ryuuji. Additional stories include Taiga's struggle with weight gain from autumn foods and Haruta appearing with an older girlfriend, surprising his friends. Other brief tales focus on various characters from the Toradora universe. A final collection of ten short stories, each highlighting different characters, concludes Takemiya's contributions to the series.
